Responsibilities

• Buy and sell fixed income securities on behalf of the firm and its clients
• Develop and execute trading strategies
• Monitor market trends and make informed investment decisions
• Maintain relationships with clients and counterparties
• Prepare and present trade reports to senior management
• Execute trades efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and retail clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Attend client meetings and presentations, representing the fixed income desk and promoting our services
• Stay up to date on financial market trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and trading platforms, especially Bloomberg Terminal
• Strong understanding of the fixed income market and trading strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Existing relationship with clients and counterparties
• Sound knowledge of regulatory framework
• Good interpersonal skills
