Job Purpose:
We are looking for inspiring Flagship Branch Managers to lead premium, high-visibility client centers across the UAE. These leaders will serve as the face of the bank's physical experience, delivering exceptional, differentiated, high-touch banking experience that integrates wealth management, concierge-level service, and personalized financial solutions. The role blends team leadership, sales excellence, and experiential service in a luxury environment.
Key Accountabilities:
Branch Leadership & Operations
- Lead day-to-day operations of the flagship branch, ensuring adherence to service standards, policies, and controls.
- Create a welcoming, efficient, and premium client environment reflective of the bank's brand values.
Sales & Performance Management
- Drive team performance against acquisition, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
- Monitor branch KPIs and implement initiatives to boost productivity and service quality.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Foster deep client relationships by delivering exceptional service and personalized solutions.
- Partner with Relationship Managers and product experts to cross-sell offerings across banking, wealth, and lifestyle services.
Experience Design & Hospitality
- Development of a luxury banking environment that reflects exclusivity, discretion, and excellence.
- Curate events and experiences within the branch to engage high-value clients.
- Ensure every touchpoint reflects the sophistication and discretion expected by HNWIs.
People Development
- Coach, develop, and inspire branch staff to embody luxury service and advisory professionalism.
Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
Key Accountabilities & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in branch management, private banking, or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of managing affluent/HNWI client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; certifications in service excellence are a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Arabic speaking is mandatory
- Strong leadership and service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
- High attention to detail and experiential design.
- Understanding of UAE clientele and luxury service standards.
