We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Fleet Account Manager - Commercial Vehicles (Vans, Trucks & Buses) with hands-on experience in vans, trucks, and buses sales, specifically within the B2B and fleet segment.
This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong background in commercial vehicle retail and fleet sales, with a proven ability to achieve monthly sales targets, grow revenue, and manage corporate customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for commercial vehicles (LCV/HCV).
- Drive revenue and profit growth across the assigned portfolio.
- Generate and close fleet and corporate B2B sales opportunities.
- Promote downstream products including service contracts and extended warranties.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle from allocation to vehicle delivery.
- Handle government-related documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts and fleet operators.
- Support management in sales planning and business performance analysis.
- Address customer complaints and escalations professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and recommend corrective actions when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Retail Commercial Vehicle Sales.
- Proven experience in fleet and corporate B2B sales within the commercial vehicle segment.
- Hands-on experience selling vans, trucks, or buses (LCV/HCV).
- Demonstrated ability to achieve structured sales targets and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the UAE commercial vehicle market is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
