We Are Hiring – Logistic Coordinator

We are looking for a Logistic Coordinator with strong experience in manufacturing logistics operations to join our team in the UAE. Abu Dhabi.

Job Overview:

The Logistic Coordinator will be responsible for managing logistics operations, fleet coordination, permits, vehicle maintenance planning, and transportation activities related to manufacturing and project operations. The ideal candidate should have experience handling heavy and light vehicles, coordinating with drivers, and managing permits related to road and transportation authorities such as Road Permit and ITC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities for manufacturing and project operations

• Handle fleet management for heavy equipment and light vehicles

• Monitor and coordinate drivers schedules, movements, and operational requirements

• Plan and follow up preventive maintenance for vehicles and equipment

• Coordinate vehicle registration, permits, and approvals with authorities such as Asateel and road permit

• Ensure vehicle documentation, insurance, and permits are always valid and updated

• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle performance, and maintenance records

• Coordinate breakdown support and repair schedules to minimize downtime

• Maintain logistics reports and operational records

• Support operational teams with transportation and equipment planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing logistics or fleet coordination

• Experience with Road Permit, ITC permits, and transportation regulations in the UAE is mandatory

• Experience handling heavy equipment, heavy vehicles, and light vehicle fleet operations

• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance planning and coordination

• Arabic nationality preferred

• Applicants must currently be available inside the UAE

• Immediate joiners will be given preference

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics reporting

• UAE driving license is an advantage
