Fleet Digital Solutions Manager

Job Summary:

The Fleet Technology & Digital Solutions Manager is responsible for leading the development, enhancement, and expansion of digital platforms supporting fleet and mobility services. The role bridges business and technology to drive innovation through IoT, telematics, and connected vehicle solutions, while ensuring scalable, secure, and commercially viable digital offerings aligned with Petromin's digital transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and management of fleet digital platforms and systems.
• Drive innovation in IoT, telematics, and connected vehicle technologies.
• Identify and develop new digital services and revenue streams in fleet mobility.
• Collaborate with business units to translate operational needs into digital solutions.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, partners, and government entities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across IT, operations, and commercial teams.
• Ensure scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise digital strategy.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology (Master's preferred)

Professional Certifications:

PMP, Agile, or Scrum (preferred), Cloud / IoT certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus

5–10 years in digital platforms, fleet management, mobility, or IoT solutions

Essential Job Pre-Requisites:

- Strong understanding of IoT, telematics, and digital ecosystems

- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

- Experience with enterprise or government stakeholders

- Strong commercial and innovation mindset
