Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow up on allocation and maintenance of the sales fleet.
- Monitor truck reallocation across branches and track operational efficiency.
- Oversee inspections and regular check-ups to ensure full vehicle readiness.
- Coordinate with the Workshop team to schedule mobile workshop visits at company branches.
- Follow up on daily repairs and accident cases to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Participate in investigations of vehicle accidents.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to optimize vehicle performance.
- Ensure all fleet vehicles comply with safety standards and operational regulations.
- Monitor and control fleet consumption, including diesel usage, tire performance and replacement cycles, and other consumables to ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare and submit reports on fleet operational status for all branches to Sales Directors.
- Contribute to the annual update of fleet policies and procedures.
- Work on maximizing fleet efficiency, reducing downtime, and minimizing operational costs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably Automotive Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance, preferably in a distribution or logistics company.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures, including diagnostic tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards for fleet operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
