Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and follow up on allocation and maintenance of the sales fleet.
  • Monitor truck reallocation across branches and track operational efficiency.
  • Oversee inspections and regular check-ups to ensure full vehicle readiness.
  • Coordinate with the Workshop team to schedule mobile workshop visits at company branches.
  • Follow up on daily repairs and accident cases to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Participate in investigations of vehicle accidents.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to optimize vehicle performance.
  • Ensure all fleet vehicles comply with safety standards and operational regulations.
  • Monitor and control fleet consumption, including diesel usage, tire performance and replacement cycles, and other consumables to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit reports on fleet operational status for all branches to Sales Directors.
  • Contribute to the annual update of fleet policies and procedures.
  • Work on maximizing fleet efficiency, reducing downtime, and minimizing operational costs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably Automotive Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance, preferably in a distribution or logistics company.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures, including diagnostic tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards for fleet operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
