Fleet Maintenance Manager

Maintain Company fleet in Safe operational conditions

Optimize time & quality of repairs to Ensure spare vehicle availability

Optimize operation costs and Reduce Expenses by increasing the effectiveness of Maintenance, Repair, and other related functions

Validate and Approve repair costs and car user's expenses as per authority matrix

Analyze corrective maintenances of all the vehicles

Develop team capabilities by coaching, training, and evaluating employees performance

Identify the department KPIs andEnsure meeting them

Ensure Customer satisfaction

Manage the department budget

Manage the optimization of internal maintenance services & washing technician's performance and productivity

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering preferably Mechanical division.

Min. 10 years of experience in a similar role includes 3+ years in a managerial role

Preventive Maintenance Experience

Vendor Management Experience

Fleet and Driving Safety Knowledge
