Fleet Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations, utilization, dispatch planning, and vehicle availability.
• Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance costs, downtime, and fleet performance.
• Ensure proactive maintenance, repairs, and effective fleet lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE & GCC transport regulations, safety standards, licensing, and documentation.
• Oversee the Control Tower team function, ensuring real-time fleet monitoring, trip visibility, exception management, and timely escalation of operational issues.
• Coordinate with transport operations, drivers, maintenance teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyse fleet and operational data to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE & GCC transport regulations.
• Experience in fleet operations, maintenance, and cost management.
• Experience overseeing Control Tower / GPS / telematics operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
