Job Summary

The Fleet Manager is responsible for defining, leading, and executing the fleet, government, and corporate sales strategy across the GCC region. The role drives sustainable growth through structured channel development, strategic key account management, and close collaboration with dealer networks to maximize fleet penetration and profitability.

This position oversees fleet performance management, market intelligence, dealer capability development, and the design of tailored mobility and aftersales solutions for government and corporate customers. The Fleet Manager acts as the primary interface between internal stakeholders, dealers, and strategic fleet accounts, ensuring consistent execution of fleet programs aligned with Stellantis commercial, brand, and mobility objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet & Channel Strategy

  • Develop and implement the regional fleet, government, and corporate sales strategy in line with Stellantis commercial objectives.
  • Drive sustainable volume growth, revenue, and profitability across all fleet segments, including government, semi-government, corporate, rental, and large enterprise customers.
  • Identify new business models and mobility solutions to expand fleet penetration across traditional and emerging channels.

Key Account & Government Management

  • Lead strategic relationships with key government entities and major corporate accounts across the GCC.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and joint planning sessions with key accounts in coordination with dealer fleet teams.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing frameworks, tenders, and long-term agreements to ensure competitiveness and compliance.

Dealer Fleet Performance & Governance

  • Manage and monitor fleet performance at dealer level, including KPIs, pipeline health, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure dealer readiness through structured fleet standards, capability assessments, and continuous performance improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to dealer fleet teams on negotiations, escalations, and complex account management.

Market Intelligence & Business Development

  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities within fleet and government channels.
  • Actively contribute to fleet and government business development initiatives, including tenders, RFPs, and strategic partnerships.
  • Support the development of total cost of ownership (TCO)based value propositions tailored to fleet customers.

Programs, Marketing & After-Sales Alignment

  • Develop and support fleet and government programs, including affinity schemes, employee purchase programs, and mobility solutions.
  • Ensure alignment with marketing on fleet POS materials, communication plans, campaigns, and events.
  • Collaborate with aftersales teams to define and deploy fleet-specific aftersales charters, service packages, and defleet strategies.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Establish and maintain robust fleet reporting and governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights.
  • Provide regular performance updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:

  • 610 years of progressive experience in automotive fleet sales, key account management, or corporate/government channels
  • Proven experience managing regional or multi-market fleet operations within the automotive industry

Language: Fluent in English and Arabic

  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management capabilities
  • High level of analytical ability with a data-driven decision-making approach

Specialized Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of fleet economics, TCO/TCM analysis, leasing structures, and defleet cycles
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes and corporate fleet requirements
  • Familiarity with mobility solutions and evolving fleet business models is an advantage

Mobility Requirements

  • Based in the UAE
  • Willing and eligible to travel across the GCC, including KSA and Kuwait
