Role: Fleet Manager - Fleet Operations

Location: Dubai (Looking for candidates who are currently based in Dubai only, with Middle East exposure)

Experience: 6–10 years of experience in fleet operations, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or

transportation sectors.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related

field.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC transport regulations.
• Proficiency in fleet management software (e.g., Fleet Complete, Teletrac, TMS).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license; GCC experience preferred.

Job Overview:

The Manager – Fleet Operations will support the Fleet Manager in overseeing and optimizing fleet activities across the UAE and GCC. This includes managing middle mile and last mile logistics, ensuring compliance with UAE road regulations, coordinating cross-border operations, and driving operational efficiency across the fleet.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Fleet Operations Management

• Oversee daily fleet operations including vehicle dispatch, routing, and scheduling.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and driver performance using telematics and fleet management systems.
• Ensure timely delivery and pickup across middle mile and last mile operations.

Cross-Border GCC Logistics

• Coordinate and manage cross-border fleet movements across GCC countries.
• Ensure compliance with customs, border control, and transport regulations in Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and customs clearance agents for smooth transit.

Compliance & Regulatory Management

• Ensure all fleet vehicles comply with UAE RTA regulations including licensing, insurance, and emissions standards.
• Stay updated on UAE transport laws including restricted timings, and digital compliance mandates.
• Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
