Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily fleet operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Coordinate daily schedules and activities with drivers.
- Optimize routes to meet service level commitments and ensure on-time operations.
- Track, analyze, and report key fleet performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transportation standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and fleet performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in fleet management or transportation operations, including vehicle coordination, routing, and scheduling.
- Strong data and analytical skills for tracking performance metrics, identifying trends, and supporting operational decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve operational problems, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Relevant experience in mobility, logistics, or transportation technology is an advantage.
