About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Response Manager to lead our autonomous delivery fleet operations in Abu Dhabi. The role is responsible for managing a large-scale frontline team operating from a remote operations center, monitoring autonomous vehicles, resolving live incidents, and coordinating field support activities to ensure safe and efficient fleet performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day fleet response and remote operations center activities.
• Manage workforce planning, rostering, attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and certification of frontline operators.
• Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training programs, and quality assurance processes.
• Manage supervisors and shift leaders across a 24/7 operation.
• Coordinate workforce logistics, including manpower suppliers, accommodation, transport, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale operations, control rooms, command centers, contact centers, or remote operations environments.
• Proven experience leading teams of 200+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of workforce management, performance monitoring, and operational KPIs.
• Experience building training, certification, and quality management programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic are an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.

• Experience scaling teams and launching new operational centers.
