Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Fleet Sales Performance: Drive monthly and quarterly fleet sales by acquiring new corporate and SME clients, promoting tailored product offerings, and building strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term contracts.
  • Sales: Visit customers, understand their requirements and assess current situation to establish needs. Negotiate optimum deals and sell vehicles at maximum margins to acquire and retain customers in the long term and maximize company profit as per company polices. Build strong relationships with key customer, fleet owners and VIP clients to explore and develop new business opportunities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction as per company's Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) guidelines. Ensure performance improvement and increased customer satisfaction as per Company standards.
  • Reports: Prepare and submit reports on weekly plans, activity and results reports those related to issues resolution for sales manager and review of the management.
  • Competition: Effectively carry out market intelligence to monitor competitor's products, pricing and promotional activities versus own market share. Continuously update company product knowledge and competitive product knowledge related to all car brands and types.

Qualification:

  • Arabic speaker
  • Bachelor's degree, Business; Electro Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 4 years of minimum experience in Sales; out of which 2 year should be in fleet sales within automotive industry
