We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Sales Executive for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.
Responsibility-
- Identify and target potential corporate clients for fleet sales in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their fleet requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed fleet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align individual and team goals with overall company objectives.
- Stay updated on the features and specifications of our vehicle fleet to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to corporate clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with corporate clients to secure fleet sales agreements.
- Work closely with the finance and legal teams to ensure all contracts and agreements comply with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in the fleet sales segment.
- Provide regular reports on market intelligence and competitor activities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, and concerns, and providing excellent after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the after-sales team to ensure timely delivery and service of fleet vehicles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet sales activities, including customer interactions, negotiations, and agreements.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Skills-
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fleet sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the corporate fleet market in Abu Dhabi.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license.
