Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading automotive group in the UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to drive fleet business growth, manage key corporate accounts, and lead the end-to-end sales cyclefrom prospecting to delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong automotive industry experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term strategic relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and convert new fleet sales opportunities across corporate and government sectors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts for repeat business.

- Understand client needs and recommend suitable vehicle mix and pricing solutions.

- Lead tender submissions, including pricing and documentation.

- Maintain sales reports, visit logs, and updated customer databases.

- Coordinate vehicle inspections, delivery, and complete all sales documentation.

- Work closely with after-sales teams to resolve customer queries.

- Track market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategy.

- Present products effectively and negotiate deals to meet sales targets.

- Ensure accurate order processing and adherence to company policies and QHSE standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 35 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in fleet or corporate sales.

- Strong understanding of automotive products, pricing structures, and financing options.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office; experience working with ERP systems is an advantage.

- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical abilities.

- Detail-oriented, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
