Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow fleet and commercial vehicle sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate, government, leasing, and rental sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet managers, procurement teams, and business owners.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals, bids, and tenders.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (finance, operations, service, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through ongoing account management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
