Job Description

  • Coordinate with the Area / Product Sales Manager in preparing the commercial approach (sales talk, multiple-selling tactics, etc.).
  • Monitor accounts performance in terms of growth, profitability, saturation, and collection track record.
  • Provide localized support to other sales representatives as required.
  • Prepare required reports on individual sales activity in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure proper self-time-management, including spending sufficient time in the market (more than 90%).
  • Demonstrate deep technical knowledge in product portfolio, and stay up to date on technical developments in commercial vehicles and on competition.
  • Identify and develop relations with new customers.
  • Proactively attempts to retain / regain attractive customer accounts.
  • Ensure efficient relationship management with customers during and after commercial development: visiting customers, customizing solutions, providing technical support, etc.
  • Nurture the company's relations with customers, and establishes / reinforces personal and company credibility.
  • Remain up-to-date on customers plans and projects, and develop the customer account through multiple-selling (deep pocket approach).
  • Ensure that product orders are fulfilled in a timely, cost-effective manner, and provide order status updates to customers.
  • Participate actively in the management of complaints filed by associated customers.
  • Supervise and support the collection of due receivables from customers, and as needed, resolves issues in the collection process (delays in collection, rejected checks, etc.).

Job Requirements :

Educational Requirements: Relevant Bachelor Degree/ Engineering Background is Preferred

Required Industry Experience: 0 2 years of Experience in all sales aspects.

Car License & a Car is a must.

Technological Requirements: Microsoft Office Suite

Language Requirements: Very good Command of English (verbal and written)
