High to Moderate authority over the implementation of BIT strategy and KAIZEN Culture
Purpose of the Job
Execute BIT plans to achieve BIT goals of exceeding guest experience and enhancing operational efficiency (including Value Chain) Promote Kaizen culture through Gemba mindset among associates in BIT centers
Key Accountabilities: Description
Execution of Master Plan -Horizontal Expansion (Region Specific)
Tactical adjustments in Master Plan, need-based
Development/ Modifications of Operating BIT SOPs
Value Chain Enhancement- Operational Efficiency
Implementation of BIT SOPs/ Policies
Key Accountabilities: Performance Indicators
Hoshin Alignment (Time Lines)
Sales SOP Adherence Ratio
Delivery Lead Time/ On Time
Guest Delight (NPS/ VOG)
No. of Kaizen in SOPs (Continuous evolvement)
Major Activities
Conducts assessment and analysis (Gemba current situation- NPS/ VOG/ VOA) to identify irregularities and characterize the situation. Apply PDCA Toyota Way problem-solving methodology
Lead from the front in implementing Sales BIT SOP at BIT Centers
Train and coach associates on Toyota Way, Kaizen Principles (PDCA) at Gemba
Test and deploy digital solutions (CRM/ SAP/ Lead Management/ BI) to sustain BIT SOPs
Pilot/ Deploy Value enhancing activities (Non walk-in sales)
Assessment of SOP adherence by following the SOP Audit system
Generate Dashboards/ Reports/ KPI Progress reports as required by top management – periodical and ad-hoc need-based
Participate actively in TMC regular meetings through consolidating various kaizen efforts/ kaizen activities/ reports preparation in alignment with BIT Centers
Liaise with TMC IMECAD on regular basis to align/ update on BIT activities

The job has a direct impact on enhancing operational efficiency (value chain enhancement) and profitability

The job holder has moderate decision-making authority to amend existing SOP and implement
Organizational / Functional Strategic Focus
The job has a crucial strategic role in Cultivate the Kaizen culture across ALJM centers through BIT activities implementation in all BIT centers to then deploy across on Retail network (based on L1/L2/L3 Hoshin)
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum bachelor's degree- Preferably Engineer
Minimum Experience
Minimum 5 years operational experience, preferably Sales Operation (however not a constraint for a right candidate)
Job-Specific Skills
Basic knowledge of ALJ ERP systems (CRM/SAP/Lead Management/Business Intelligence), but must enhance knowledge over period of time
• Exposure and hand on in Sales functional area's and interrelated functions (like ALJID), however not a constraint for a right candidate
• Toyota Way Problem Solving Skills (PDCA/ QCC/ A3 Reporting)
• Persuasion skills/conflict management/team building/interpersonal skills/facilitator skills
Languages
English Working Proficiency, Arabic highly recommended and preferred
