This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused sales professional with strong leadership capabilities to drive fleet performance, build strategic corporate partnerships, and contribute to the continued success of a globally recognized automotive brand.

Position Overview

The Fleet Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving fleet sales targets, developing new business opportunities, managing key corporate accounts, and supervising fleet sales activities. The role ensures seamless order execution, strong pipeline management, compliance with pricing and brand standards, and consistent team performance aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual fleet sales volume, revenue, and margin targets
  • Identify and develop new fleet and B2B business opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong fleet sales pipeline
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on fleet quotations and tenders
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, registration, and after-sales teams
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing approvals, contracts, and invoicing
  • Supervise and support Fleet Sales Executives
  • Allocate fleet leads and monitor follow-up and conversion rates
  • Coach team members on effective sales and negotiation techniques
  • Track performance against KPIs including volume, revenue, margin, and pipeline conversion
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
  • Ensure adherence to company governance and approved pricing structures
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and internal system documentation
  • Ensure full alignment with Skoda brand standards

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business or related field
  • 35 years experience in automotive fleet or B2B sales
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience dealing with corporate customers, fleet operators, or leasing companies
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
  • Computer literate
