Job Description


We are looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Specialist to join our Corporate Services Department and support the day-to-day management of the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating vehicle maintenance, insurance policies, accident claims, and fleet operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

This role combines both office and field responsibilities, requiring regular site visits to inspect vehicles, coordinate with workshops and service providers, and support operational needs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the company fleet.
  • Coordinate scheduled and preventive vehicle maintenance with service providers.
  • Handle vehicle insurance policies, renewals, and insurance claims.
  • Manage accident and incident reports, including coordinating repairs and following up with insurance companies.
  • Track vehicle registrations, inspections, and other regulatory documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor fleet utilization, maintenance schedules, and operational costs.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records, documentation, and reports.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect vehicle conditions and coordinate with workshops and vendors.
  • Liaise with internal departments, drivers, suppliers, and external service providers.
  • Prepare and analyze fleet reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Ensure vehicles comply with company safety standards and operational requirements.
  • Support the wider Corporate Services Department with fleet-related operational initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Fleet Management or a similar role.
  • Experience managing vehicle insurance, accident claims, and maintenance coordination.
  • Good understanding of vehicle documentation and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
  • Willingness to work both in the office and on-site.
  • This position is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals.
