Job Title: Fleet Specialist
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Fleet Specialist to manage and coordinate all transportation and fleet operations, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and seamless mobility across PureHealth. The role supports high-volume transport requirements, oversees fleet and vendor performance, and ensures full compliance with UAE transport regulations without service disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, allocate, and manage vehicles and drivers based on departmental requirements to ensure optimal utilization and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate transport for staff, goods, and services across Abu Dhabi and beyond, including official assignments outside HQ.
- Manage PHG's fleet (27 vehicles), including registration, insurance, servicing schedules, accident claims, repairs, renewals, and traffic fines.
- Track and maintain detailed cost records for fuel, tolls, maintenance, and fleet operations to support budgeting and vehicle lifecycle decisions.
- Monitor outsourced vehicles and vendor performance, validate invoices, manage PRs, and ensure contractual and cost compliance.
- Implement cost-optimization initiatives to reduce fleet operating expenses while maintaining service quality and safety standards.
- Supervise goods movement operations, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal transport policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or transport operations.
- Strong knowledge of UAE transport regulations (RTA, insurance, traffic fines).
- Excellent coordination, vendor management, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong cost tracking and reporting capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel and administrative systems.
