Job Purpose
Manage and operate the vehicle fleet with high efficiency in terms of regulatory compliance, cost reduction, improving operational readiness, and achieving the highest level of control and transparency through data analysis and reporting.
Core Responsibilities
1. Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure all vehicles comply with:
o Transport General Authority
o General Directorate of Traffic
o Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization
• Follow up on:
o Periodic inspection
o Insurance
o Vehicle registration
o Operating licenses
• Manage traffic violations, analyze their causes, and develop reduction plans
4. Data & Reporting
• Prepare analytical reports using:
o Excel (Advanced)
o PowerPoint
o Power BI
• Build dashboards including:
o Cost per KM
o Utilization Rate
o Maintenance Cost Trend
• Analyze data to support operational and financial decisions
5. Cost Control
• Analyze:
o Cost per vehicle
o Fuel cost
o Maintenance cost
• Propose cost optimization initiatives
• Support the preparation of annual fleet budgets
6. Asset Lifecycle Management
• Monitor the vehicle lifecycle:
o Receipt
o Operation
o Maintenance
o Replacement
o Disposal
• Prepare replacement reports (Replacement Strategy)
• Identify underperforming assets
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's degree in:
o Business Administration
o Industrial / Mechanical Engineering
o Supply Chain Management
Experience
• 3 – 6 years in:
o Fleet Management
o Vehicle or equipment operations
Technical Skills
Data Analysis
• Excel (Advanced):
o Pivot Tables
o Power Query
o Data Modeling
• Power BI:
o Dashboard Design
o Data Visualization
• PowerPoint:
o Executive Reporting
Systems & Operations
• Fleet Management Systems
• ERP systems (preferably Dynamics)
• GPS tracking systems
• Fuel platform systems
Regulatory Knowledge
• Transport regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Traffic laws
• Vehicle standards and specifications
