Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Supervisor, based in Abu Dhabi. The Fleet Supervisor will oversee daily fleet operations, coordinate driver schedules, and ensure smooth, efficient delivery execution. Responsibilities include onboarding riders, managing their schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing operational challenges in a timely manner. Collaborating with teams, managing performance metrics, and liaising with various stakeholders to uphold service standards are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage teams effectively and ensure operational success.
• Proficiency in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management to oversee large-scale team
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with drivers, teams, and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance and safety compliance to ensure operational continuity and reliability.
• Problem-solving abilities and adeptness in handling on-site challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the logistics, freight, or delivery industry is a plus.
