Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Own the fleet as an asset base and the physical movement and storage of that fleet. This role defines what LeasingCo buys and when it refreshes it, and makes sure equipment gets to customers, moves between them, and is stored efficiently across its life. Fleet Management is kept in-house given its technical complexity and system dependencies; warehousing is deliberately lean at launch, using small regional facilities holding demo, swap, and backup units, and scales toward centralized resale hubs only as end-of-lease volumes build. Fleet Management and Warehousing & Logistics are combined for the launch phase and can be split as fleet movement and resale inventory grow.

Responsibilities:

Fleet Management:

  • Define fleet strategy, specifications, and refresh cycles: optimal size, mix, and specification aligned to the course pipeline, customer needs, and utilization targets.
  • Manage OEM and supplier relationships on the fleet side, coordinating specification, selection, and delivery.
  • Assess residual values, depreciation profiles, and total cost of ownership across the asset lifecycle to inform sourcing and refresh decisions, in coordination with Finance and Fleet Financing.
  • Maintain fleet records, utilization data, and asset registers to protect uptime and residual value.

Warehousing & Logistics:

  • Manage asset allocation, delivery, redeployment, and recovery across customer sites.
  • Run the warehousing footprint on a demand-driven, minimal-inventory basis: limited storage in initial operating areas (e.g., Riyadh) for demo, swap, and backup units at launch, scaling to regional service facilities and, later, resale hubs.
  • Coordinate the equipment logistics flow across OEM, distributor, customer site, and workshop, including new-fleet delivery, collections on failure, and returns.
  • Coordinate end-of-lease offboarding, refurbishment preparation, and disposal or resale logistics with Maintenance and, in steady state, the Resales function.
  • Manage the hybrid logistics model: internal handling in high-density course regions, external providers for distant regions and demand spikes.

Role Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Relevant qualification in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • +6 years of Experience in fleet or asset management and in warehousing or logistics, ideally for equipment, vehicles, or capital assets, including coordinating inbound and outbound logistics with OEMs, distributors, and third-party providers.

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of asset-lifecycle economics (residual value, depreciation, and total cost of ownership); fleet planning and utilization management; inventory and warehouse discipline with a lean, demand-driven mindset.

Soft Skills:

  • Logistics coordination across multiple partners and regions, data-driven decision-making, and strong organization. KSA experience and Arabic an advantage.
