Travel with Intrepid is all about getting out there and experiencing the uncommon. As our Flights & Reservations Coordinator, you'll help make these journeys possible across Egypt, by ensuring every booking and flight detail is in place for our travellers.
From arranging on-the-ground transport, accommodation and activities to managing flight itineraries, ticketing and supplier communications, you'll keep things running smoothly.
You'll maintain accurate booking data across our systems, ensure reservation details and cancellations are communicated to suppliers, and document best practices for both land and air bookings. You'll also source and price flight options for our tailored trips, issue tickets, and reconcile payments.
Teamwork is a core aspect of this role - you'll work closely with our Contracting, Sales, Operations and Finance teams, ultimately driving successful trip delivery!

This is a full-time, permanent role based onsite in Cairo, Egypt. We work in a 3-2-1 hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, including at least 1 office day on a Monday or Thursday.

- Proven experience working within the tourism or travel industry, particularly in reservations, flight operations or contracting.
- Confident using travel booking systems for flights and accommodation.
- Experience providing customer service via phone, email or live chat.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office and travel systems (such as Salesforce, GDS or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
