Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Aesthetic & Wellness Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing operations in an aesthetic clinic, medical center or wellness facility. The Floor Manager will ensure smooth clinic operations, supervise staff, maintain exceptional client service standards, manage appointment flow, and ensure all operational systems are functioning efficiently.

Monthly Salary 8-10k

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the medical center and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
  • Supervise front desk, client coordinators, nurses, therapists, and support staff to ensure high performance and professionalism.
  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and productivity.
  • Ensure excellent client service and a premium patient experience throughout the client journey.
  • Manage the daily appointment schedule and optimize doctors and therapists calendars.
  • Handle client concerns, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct client follow-up to ensure satisfaction, encourage treatment compliance, and support client retention.
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and minimal waiting times.
  • Oversee clinic management systems, including appointment scheduling, CRM/EMR systems, and operational reporting.
  • Monitor treatment room readiness, clinic cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Ensure all clinic policies, SHA regulations, and operational procedures are followed.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and provide updates to management.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns, treatment packages, and client retention initiatives.
  • Ensure revenue targets, operational KPIs, and client satisfaction goals are achieved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within an aesthetic clinic, cosmetic clinic, wellness center, or medical center.
  • Strong knowledge of aesthetic clinic operations and client service standards.
  • Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in clinic management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing luxury aesthetic or wellness clinics.
  • Knowledge of DHA regulations and healthcare compliance.
  • Experience with performance reporting, operational KPIs, and revenue management.
  • Arabic language is a must
