Floor Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Reports to: Restaurant / Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations and staff during service
• Ensure service, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
• Coordinate floor timing with the kitchen for smooth service
• Manage staff schedules, shift coverage, and pre-shift briefings
• Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with municipality hygiene and safety standards

Key Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in a restaurant floor/supervisory role
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Bilingual Arabic/English preferred
• Able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma; hospitality diploma is a plus
