Job Responsibilities - Floor Manager

. Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service and an enjoyable dining experience.

. Supervise, train, and guide service staff, assign duties, and coordinate shift schedules.

. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to ensure efficient table turnover.

. Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate orders and timely service.

. Conduct pre-service briefings on menu items, daily specials, reservations, and service arrangements.

. Maintain high standards of table presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, and staff grooming.

. Monitor dining area supplies and coordinate replenishment of service items and beverages.

. Oversee billing, payment collection, and daily cash reconciliation in accordance with company procedures.

. Assist with private dining events, group bookings, and promotional activities.

. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company service standards.

. Report operational issues, staffing needs, and maintenance requirements to the Restaurant Manager.
