Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Florist and Indoor Plant Specialist located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The primary responsibilities include creating unique flower arrangements, designing floral displays, and providing top-quality customer service. Additional tasks involve maintaining and styling indoor plants, ensuring their health and aesthetic appeal, and contributing creative ideas to enhance decoration projects. The role requires collaboration with clients to meet their specific needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Flower Arrangements and Floral Design
• Strong Creativity Skills for designing unique floral and decorative pieces
• Excellent Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients
• Experience in Decoration and maintaining the aesthetic upkeep of indoor plants
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for plants and floral aesthetics
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of plant care and maintenance techniques is an advantage
• Prior experience as a florist or similar role is preferred
