Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taif for a Fresh Flower Arranger / Bouquet Designer (Florist). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, preparing, and presenting high-quality fresh flower bouquets, floral gifts, and decorative arrangements for customers, events, and special occasions.

Key responsibilities include creating hand-tied bouquets, wrapped bouquets, bridal bouquets, flower baskets, flower boxes, vase arrangements, and table centerpieces. The role also involves developing customized floral designs for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, celebrations, and other special occasions according to customer requirements, budgets, and delivery schedules.

The Fresh Flower Arranger / Bouquet Designer (Florist) will select appropriate fresh flowers, greenery, ribbons, wrapping materials, and color combinations to create attractive and well-balanced arrangements. The role may also involve incorporating flowers into premium gift presentations, including chocolate, sweets, and other Queen's Taste products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for properly trimming, conditioning, handling, and storing fresh flowers to maintain their freshness, appearance, and quality. The role also includes monitoring flower inventory and floral supplies, identifying purchasing requirements, minimizing waste, and maintaining clean, organized tools, workspaces, and floral display areas.

The florist will work closely with the sales and other relevant departments to prepare customer orders and support seasonal promotions, events, weddings, corporate orders, and special floral projects.

Qualifications

Ability to create professional Flower Arrangements with strong Floral Design skills.
Demonstrated Creativity Skills for developing unique bouquets and event decorations.
Solid Customer Service skills for working directly with guests and event clients.
Experience in floral Decoration for parties, displays, and catering setups.
Basic knowledge of flower varieties, care, and handling, including freshness and storage.
Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense aligned with premium confectionery branding.
Ability to work standing for extended periods and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
Previous experience as a florist, bouquet designer, or in event décor is preferred.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons as needed.
