This is a full-time, on-site role for a Florist Lead based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Florist Lead will be responsible for creating unique and visually striking floral arrangements, collaborating with clients on bespoke designs, and leading decoration for special events or installations. Additional responsibilities include overseeing flower stock, ensuring sustainable practices, managing customer interactions to ensure satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of creativity in delivering trend-setting floral designs. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and upholding the brand's commitment to quality and personalization.

• Proficiency in Floral Design and Flower Arrangements with a strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
• Exceptional Creativity Skills to design bespoke and trend-driven arrangements
• Strong Customer Service and Client Collaboration skills to create personalized experiences
• Experience in Decoration for events such as weddings, corporate functions, and other special occasions
• Ability to lead and inspire a team while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of sustainable floristry practices and rare flower sourcing
• Previous experience in a luxury floral or gifting brand is a plus
