Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, skilled, and ownership-driven Flutter Developer to join our in-house team and build high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Take complete ownership of assigned tasks, from understanding requirements through development, testing, and delivery.
Follow clean architecture, appropriate state management, and coding best practices.
Proactively identify issues, suggest improvements, and contribute ideas beyond assigned requirements.
Develop intuitive and polished user interfaces with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG), and Material Design.
Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and other cross-functional teams on technical requirements, API integration, and architecture decisions.
Work with REST APIs, authentication, backend services, and databases.
Apply mobile application performance optimization, security principles, and platform-specific best practices.
Conduct thorough developer-level testing to minimize defects and reduce dependency on QA for identifying basic issues.
Use AI-assisted development tools effectively while independently reviewing, validating, and refining generated code.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, accountability, effective communication, and the ability to work independently.

Key Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
Good understanding of mobile application development for iOS and Android.
Experience with state management solutions such as Riverpod, BLoC, or Provider.
Good knowledge of clean architecture and software development best practices.
Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and databases.
Strong UI/UX awareness and attention to detail.
Experience with mobile application performance optimization and security best practices.
Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality and technical ownership.
