Experience / Technical Skills
- 3–4 years of Flutter experience
- Prior or parallel native mobile development experience is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of layered / clean architecture
- Comfortable working in a mono repo setup, ideally with Melos
- State management experience with Bloc and Cubit
- Proven experience working with platform channels
- Experience with CI/CD for mobile releases, ideally Bitrise and/or GitHub Actions
- Strong experience with animations, including custom widget transitions, AnimationController, and Lottie
- Good understanding of Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
- Industry Background: Experience in corporate banking or financial services required.
Documentation / Communication
- Strong in-code documentation habits, including dartdoc and inline comments
- Experience writing handover documentation and team playbooks
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working across design, product, QA, and engineering teams
Ways of Working
- Comfortable owning a feature end-to-end, from design to build, demo, and handover
- Able to work onsite in Dubai, 5 days a week
Nice to Have
- Open-source packages or apps
- Live apps published on the App Store and/or Play Store
- Understanding of agentic development and prompt engineering concepts
