Flutter Lead (Offshore)

We're Hiring: FlutterDeveloper (3 months Contract)

Rate: $120/ Day

We're looking for a Flutter Developer to play a critical role in defining, unifying, and scaling Flutter architecture across multiple mobile applications within a complex enterprise environment.

This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone who enjoys setting direction at a system level while still actively contributing in Flutter.

If you've worked across multiple Flutter apps, built shared modules or white-label solutions, and want to drive consistency and quality at scale, this role is for you.

We want someone who is:

• 5+ yrs deep, hands-on Flutter expert
• Experienced operating in multi-app environments
• Comfortable defining and enforcing:
• Shared standards
• Common architecture
• Reusable components and modules
• Experienced in white-label applications, shared SDKs, or reusable Flutter platforms
• Confident working across multiple teams and products to drive technical alignment
• Able to balance system-level thinking with hands-on delivery
• Comfortable working in a large, complex, enterprise setup

What You'll Be Doing

• Defining and owning the Flutter architecture across multiple applications
• Designing and implementing shared Flutter modules and reusable components
• Establishing coding standards, patterns, and best practices
• Unifying fragmented mobile implementations into a cohesive platform approach
• Actively contributing to Flutter codebases where needed
• Partnering with engineering leadership and delivery teams to drive consistency
• Supporting scalability, maintainability, and long-term platform evolution
• Acting as a technical authority for Flutter across the organisation
