What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
Manage work orders, maintenance requests, and service records
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Maintain asset registers, documentation, and compliance records
Track preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Process purchase requests, invoices, and administrative tasks
Prepare reports, KPIs, and cost tracking summaries
Update and maintain CAFM/CMMS systems
Support inventory and spare parts management
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field
Experience in facility management or administrative roles
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems is preferred
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors
