Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to manage our Facilities Management (FM) and Projects procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement processes, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in SAP Ariba.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for FM and projects.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide effective solutions.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Utilize SAP Ariba for procurement activities, including sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance tracking.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on FM and projects.
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba is essential.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
Preferred Skills
- Professional certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM).
- Experience in a similar industry or sector.
- Familiarity with sustainable procurement practices.
