The FM Engineer is responsible for supporting the operation, maintenance, and reliability of building services and infrastructure across ADIB's portfolio.
This role ensures that Hard FM services are delivered in line with bank standards, regulatory requirements, health & safety obligations, and customer service expectations, while contributing to the development of national talent within the FM function.
This position supports business continuity, operational resilience, and service excellence in a highly regulated banking environment.
Key accountabilities of the role:
Hard FM Operations & Engineering Support:
Support the operation and maintenance of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, UPS, generators, plumbing, lighting, lifts, and ELV systems.
Monitor execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure reliability and compliance.
Assist in diagnosing technical faults and coordinating timely resolution to minimize operational impact.
