FM Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Site Assessment: Conduct detailed site surveys, assess MEP systems and assets, evaluate their operational condition, and identify outstanding technical requirements.
2. Manpower Planning: Lead FM mobilization and define manpower requirements, competencies, shifts, roles, and responsibilities to ensure operational readiness.
3. Process Implementation: Implement, and continuously improve FM processes, SOPs, workflows, PPM procedures, reactive maintenance processes, escalation procedures, and operational standards to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
4. CAFM Management: Ensure accurate configuration and scheduling of PPM and reactive maintenance activities through CAFM, including effective tracking and utilization of manpower, materials, and maintenance resources.
5. Contractor Coordination: Understand building systems and asset requirements and coordinate with contractors and specialist service providers for proper asset takeover, system demonstrations, testing, handover, and timely rectification of defects.
6. Materials & Spares Management: Identify critical spares, consumables, tools, and equipment while supporting material planning, procurement, inventory control, and cost optimization.
7. Technical Team Training: Train the technical team, conduct system and equipment training, facilitate knowledge transfer, and ensure the team is fully prepared for safe and effective operations.
8. HSE, Compliance & Reporting: Understand and approve PTWs, ensure HSE and statutory compliance, maintain required documentation, and prepare technical, performance, lifespan, and energy reports with improvement recommendations.

Qualification - B.E or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

(IOSH or NE-BOSH certification Will be an added advantage)

Required experience – 5 to 7 Years in FM filed

Driving License- Mandatory
