This is a contract-based, on-site role for an FM Governance & Performance Manager, located in Abu Dhabi. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing performance management processes, conducting analyses to enhance decision-making, and ensuring effective compliance with governance standards. Regular tasks include monitoring facilities management operations, evaluating efficiency, managing budgets, and delivering training to improve team performance. The role involves clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

• Strong Analytical Skills and capability to evaluate data for effective decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with various stakeholders and teams
• Experience in Performance Management and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in Training and team development to enhance operational performance
• Skilled in Budgeting and financial planning within an FM context
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in Facility Management
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
