FM Planner

Dussmann Ajlan & Bros is pleased to announce a job opening for the position of FM Planner, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for qualified candidates who meet the following criteria:

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., IFMA, BIFM) is a plus

35 years of experience in Facilities Management or a similar role

Strong experience in project mobilization and strategic planning

Proven ability to develop plans such as Master Plans, Risk Management Plans, and Logistics Plans

Experience in vendor and contractor management

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in FM software, project management tools, and MS Office

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic facility management plans

Lead project mobilization across multiple facilities

Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance schedules

Manage vendors, contractors, and service level agreements

Support budgeting and cost-control activities

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards

Maintain asset records and oversee lifecycle management

Prepare reports and documentation for management
