Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement facility management programs aligned with business goals and budgets.
  • Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance of systems and infrastructure.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and ensure quality service and cost-efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage the facility management budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and environmental laws.
  • Lead and manage facility projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Manage and develop the facility management team for high performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in facility management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent project management abilities, with experience in overseeing complex projects.
