FM Project Invoicing / Billing Specialist GCC

We are looking for an experienced FM Project Invoicing / Billing Specialist with strong GCC Facilities Management experience to join our team.

Key Requirements:

• GCC experience in Facilities Management (FM) project invoicing is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of complex client and consultant approval processes.
• Hands-on experience with BOQ, PMS, RCS, WAF, and LI processes.
• Proven experience managing invoicing for large and complex FM projects.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, particularly with predominantly non-Arabic-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex commercial and contractual documentation.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have direct experience in FM project billing/invoicing within the GCC, with a strong understanding of project commercial processes, client/consultant approvals, and the documentation required to successfully raise and close project invoices.
