About the Company
We are seeking an experienced FMCG Consultant to support the launch and expansion of fast-moving consumer goods in the UAE and wider GCC region. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited for someone with practical, on-the-ground experience in establishing, registering, and operating FMCG products within the region. The consultant will guide and execute the full market entry process from regulatory approvals and logistics setup to distribution strategy and operational implementation.

Responsibilities
Market Entry & Setup
- Lead end-to-end FMCG product launch process in UAE/GCC
- Support company formation and operational setup (if required)
- Advise on optimal go-to-market strategy
- Identify suitable trade channels (retail, wholesale, modern trade, etc.)
Regulatory & Compliance
- Manage product registration with relevant UAE authorities (e.g., Municipality, ESMA, MOH if applicable)
- Coordinate product testing and certification requirements
- Ensure compliance with labeling standards and local regulations
- Support trademark registration process
- Guide packaging adjustments to meet regional requirements
Logistics & Supply Chain
- Set up import/export processes
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs clearing agents
- Establish warehousing solutions
- Optimize supply chain operations
Distribution & Commercial
- Leverage existing distributor network and relationships (if available)
- Introduce potential distributors, wholesalers, or retail buyers
- Support negotiations and commercial structuring
- Advise on pricing strategy and margin structures
Operations & Execution
- Assist in setting up day-to-day operational processes
- Recommend local vendors and service providers
- Provide practical, cost-efficient solutions
- Monitor initial rollout performance
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in FMCG within UAE/GCC
- Proven experience bringing FMCG products into the region
Required Skills

- Strong understanding of UAE distribution landscape
