FMCG Marketing Manager | MAF Retail | Corporate Head Office UAE

ROLE SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and driving the marketing strategy for the Retail Discount business. This role will be instrumental in building the brand by working in partnership with the Care Office Marketing team and the Retail Discount operations team. This will involve developing and growing brand equity through clear strategic guidance and creating engaging, emotional communication campaigns to maintain and expand our customer base. The Marketing Manager will ensure that value-driven offerings reach the right audience through innovative and cost-effective marketing campaigns. Additionally, the role will play a key part in shaping the voice of the Retail Discount brand in a highly competitive retail market, utilizing a combination of digital marketing, traditional advertising, and customer engagement strategies to increase visibility, loyalty, and sales.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital (social media, email, SEO, SEM), traditional media (print, radio, TV), and in-store promotions.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and budget constraints.
  • Define and implement the marketing vision for the company, positioning our discount retail offerings in the market as a value-oriented solution.
  • Create a compelling brand story that resonates with cost-conscious consumers.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behaviors, preferences, and trends in the discount retail space. Use data to identify opportunities for growth, adjust marketing tactics, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
  • Work closely with the sales, operations, and product teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals. Support retail operations by providing marketing materials, in-store activations, and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to deliver the highest possible impact. Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust tactics to meet KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on brand communication, media planning and digital marketing.
  • With 7+ years of experience in Retail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
