Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an FMCG Sales Representative located in Shuwaikh. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and maintaining client relationships, promoting and selling the company's fast-moving consumer goods portfolio, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying market opportunities, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to strategize and improve market penetration.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
• Knowledge of FMCG market dynamics, including trade and retail channels, and strong presentation abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and ability to analyze market data
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Previous experience in FMCG sales is highly preferred, and experience in the food or beverage sector is a plus
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
