About the Role
We are hiring a driven and hands-on Sales Supervisor to manage field sales operations, drive market execution, and lead a high-performing FMCG sales team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced distribution environments and know how to deliver consistent market results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives and merchandisers.
- Drive sales targets, market coverage, and distribution growth.
- Ensure strong in-store execution, visibility, and merchandising standards.
- Expand outlet universe and strengthen retailer relationships.
- Track KPIs, route plans, sales reports, and collections.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for smooth stock flow and deliveries.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support business growth.
Must-Have Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UAE FMCG sales (Abu Dhabi market preferred).
- Hands-on knowledge of Modern Trade & Traditional Trade.
- Proven experience in team handling & field sales supervision.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to join quickly.
Good-to-Have
- Experience in beauty, food, beverages, or personal care categories.
- Experience working with distributors or trading companies.
