Stevin Rock is seeking an experienced and driven FMS Supervisor to oversee shift-based dispatch operations across our quarrying activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring safe, compliant and efficient fleet operations by supervising dispatch execution, supporting Dispatchers, and maintaining strong operational communication during each shift.
Key Responsibilities
The FMS Supervisor will supervise day-to-day dispatch activities during assigned shifts, ensuring dispatch instructions are accurately executed in line with system standards and safety requirements. You will monitor live fleet operations, identify deviations or emerging issues, and take timely corrective action where required.
You will act as the first point of escalation for Dispatchers on shift, maintaining close communication with the FMS Superintendent and liaising with Operations and Maintenance teams as directed. Ensuring high standards within the control room, accurate system data entry, and effective shift handovers will be a core part of the role.
The role also involves supervising and supporting Dispatchers through task allocation, coaching and on-the-job guidance, promoting discipline, professionalism and effective teamwork throughout the shift. Safety, compliance and calm decision‑making under pressure are essential elements of this position.

You will be expected to operate with a strong compliance-first mindset, enforcing all company HSE policies, stopping unsafe acts, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions immediately. Ensuring adherence to dispatch rules, traffic controls, and accurate coding of delays and downtime is a key accountability.

kills, Experience and Qualifications
You will ideally hold a Diploma in a related field, with proven experience in dispatch operations, control room environments or fleet management systems. Previous experience supervising small operational teams is required, along with strong communication skills, situational awareness, and the ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure environments.
Fluency in English and Hindi is essential,
