Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food & Beverage Sales Supervisor based in Rai. The role involves overseeing and managing daily sales operations, maintaining high food service and customer service standards, and ensuring the proper training and performance of sales staff. The individual will monitor inventory, assist in developing sales strategies, address customer inquiries, and maintain adherence to company protocols and service quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and oversee sales staff effectively
• Knowledge of Food Service operations and maintaining high Service Standards
• Excellent Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and foster client relationships
• Strong Communication skills for seamless interaction with team members, customers, and stakeholders
• Previous experience in food and beverage sales or a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in inventory management and sales tracking tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is advantageous
