Salary: AED 15,000–18,000 per month, depending on relevant experience.

Kairos Merit is supporting the search for a Food and Beverage Manager for a hospitality establishment in DIFC, Dubai.

We are looking for a hands-on manager who combines strong service leadership with a clear understanding of commercial performance. You will lead day-to-day food and beverage operations, support your team and help deliver a consistently excellent guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage service, ensuring smooth coordination between the service and kitchen teams.

• Lead, coach and develop the team, with clear service standards and effective shift planning.

• Monitor revenue, budgets, food and beverage costs, stock levels and waste.

• Work with the kitchen and management teams on menus, product quality and opportunities to improve performance.

• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues promptly.

• Maintain food safety, hygiene and operational standards.

• Prepare operational reports and use performance data to identify improvements.

What we are looking for

• At least three years of experience in a comparable food and beverage management role.

• Experience in premium restaurants, luxury hotels or a similar hospitality environment.

• Strong team leadership, organisation and communication skills.

• Confident written and spoken English.

• Practical knowledge of budgeting, cost control, inventory and food and beverage service standards.

• A calm, guest-focused approach and the ability to manage a busy operation.

• Hospitality management qualifications are an advantage.
