ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and drive operational excellence, business growth, and guest satisfaction across multiple F&B outlets. This role is pivotal in managing end-to-end food and beverage operations, leading teams, optimizing profitability, and ensuring exceptional service standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants and catering services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets
- Establish KPIs, operational schedules, policies, and procedures
- Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service consistency
- Lead, recruit, train, mentor, and appraise F&B teams to ensure high performance
- Plan marketing initiatives, promotions, and contribute to business development activities
- Create and maintain menus aligned with culinary trends and guest preferences
- Monitor product specifications and ensure consistency across all outlets
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
- Prepare and present management reports on sales performance and productivity
REQUIREMENTS
Education / Qualification
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management
- Proven experience managing multi-outlet or high-volume F&B operations
