Our client is a leading food and beverage group operating high-performance restaurant concepts in Saudi Arabia. They are known for innovation, operational excellence, and delivering consistently high-quality dining experiences across their venues.

ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and drive operational excellence, business growth, and guest satisfaction across multiple F&B outlets. This role is pivotal in managing end-to-end food and beverage operations, leading teams, optimizing profitability, and ensuring exceptional service standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants and catering services
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets
  • Establish KPIs, operational schedules, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service consistency
  • Lead, recruit, train, mentor, and appraise F&B teams to ensure high performance
  • Plan marketing initiatives, promotions, and contribute to business development activities
  • Create and maintain menus aligned with culinary trends and guest preferences
  • Monitor product specifications and ensure consistency across all outlets
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste and maximize profitability
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
  • Prepare and present management reports on sales performance and productivity

REQUIREMENTS

Education / Qualification

  • Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management
  • Proven experience managing multi-outlet or high-volume F&B operations
